3. Client Expectations – What We Expect From You

  • Clear access to the property (doors unlocked, gates open, pets secured if needed).
  • Communication of any special requests or safety concerns before service begins.
  • Timely payment upon completion of service or per the agreed invoice terms.
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Standard Scheduling

(We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.)

  • Emergency Scheduling: Emergency or same-day service is available when possible, with an additional fee.
  • Arrival Window: Our team will arrive within the agreed appointment window. If delays occur, we will notify you immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Requirement: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of scheduled service).
  • No-Shows: If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee may be charged.
